What is the Shopskart Plus program?

Shopskart Plus is a customer benefits program that brings you benefits like Express Delivery, early access to select sales and select products and many more benefits.

What is Shopskart EMI?

Shopskart EMI is a payment mode available on the Shopskart App that allows you to shop now and repay for your purchases through hassle-free easy monthly installments with fixed tenure of either 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months and up to 18 months.

How can I add a new delivery address?
To add a new delivery address, follow these simple steps:

1. Log into your Shopskart account
2. Go to Account Info › Manage Address
3. Add details of your new address
4. Choose 'Save Address'

Tracking your Order
To get tracking numbers and delivery updates:

● Go to My Orders
● Find the order you want to track
● Select track package next to your order
● View all updates to get:
   • delivery updates
   • tracking numbers

If you ordered more than one thing, they may have separate delivery dates and tracking info.

Understanding delivery statuses

Your delivery status is in My Orders:

Arriving: usually followed by a date. Your package is on its way to you
Out for delivery: your package will be delivered today
Delivered: your package has been delivered, and might be in your safe space
Undeliverable: your package could not be delivered, and will be returned to Shopskart. When we receive it, we will automatically issue you a refund.

Solving delivery problems
You can check what to do when:

Order hasn't shipped yet: if you're expecting the package today and don't see a status update, that's normal. Depending on the carrier, items may ship the same day they're delivered

Order is delayed: things like weather and traffic can cause delivery delays. Most late parcels arrive within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. If the order has already been shipped, you can't cancel it

Missing package: if your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, go to find a missing package that shows as delivered

What to do if your order didn't arrive on the estimated delivery date.

Check your order status
Go to Your Orders and select Track package to access the progress tracker for your order.
Check your emails
If there have been unexpected delays you’ll normally be notified by Shopskart, the third-party seller, or the carrier in charge of your delivery.

Contact the carrier
Check who is delivering your package in Your Orders, then contact them for an update using the Carrier Contact Information.

Wait for 48 hours then contact us or the seller
If 48 hours have passed since the estimated delivery date without any delivery attempt or updates, contact:
● Shipped by Shopskart: Shopskart Customer Services
● Shipped by third-party seller: Contact a Third-Party Seller

Wait 48 hours to allow for unexpected delays
If your order didn’t arrive, you can check with the carrier. The carrier may have more information.
Track your package on the carrier website or contact the carrier via Carrier Contact Information.

What to do after 48 hours have passed since your estimated delivery date
● For orders shipped by Shopskart, contact Customer Service within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
● Contact the seller if your order was shipped and sold by a third-party seller.

Contact a Carrier
We work with the following carriers to deliver items. If you have an issue with your delivery, you can contact the carriers directly.

Finding your carrier
To find out who is delivering your item:
● go to My Orders
● select Track Package
● find the carrier name and tracking number

When to contact a carrier
We work with carriers to deliver some items. Sometimes the carrier will be able to give more detailed information about your deliveries.

You should contact the carrier to:
● find a package that shows as delivered but you can't find it
● get an update if your delivery is late
● change your delivery address or instructions, as only Shopskart can view the details in Your Orders update your safe place
● get detailed tracking
● reschedule your delivery

Modes of refund available after cancellation?
The different modes of refund available are:

Payment mode: Cash on Delivery
1. UPI (Amount less than Rs 1000) - Refund will be processed to the UPI account for which UPI ID has to be shared
2. Gift Card (Amount less than Rs 10000) - Refund will be processed to Gift Card account
3. Bank account (IMPS/NEFT) - Refund will be processed to bank account for which bank details have to be shared

Payment mode: Prepaid
1. Back to source - Refund will be processed to the payment mode(Debit/Credit card, NEFT, UPI) used to pay for the order
2. Gift Card (Amount less than Rs 10000) - Refund will be processed to Gift Card account.

Why refund amount take time when it was already processed?
Once the refund has been processed, the bank takes some time to reverse your initial transaction and complete the refund. However, the refund amount can be seen in your account within the time frame provided to you.

Please contact your bank with the refund reference/UTR number in case you don't see the refund amount in your account after the specified timeframe.

How can I know the status of my refund?
You can visit 'My Orders' to know the status of your refund.

For orders cancelled before shipping, refunds are processed immediately. If the order has been shipped. refund will be processed as soon as the courier service provider confirms the return of the item(s).

How can I claim warranty for my product?
You can claim the warranty for your product by using the invoice at any authorized service center of the brand.

What are the limits to buy Gift Cards?
You can buy a maximum of 100 Gift Cards in a month with a total limit of Rs. 1,00,000 (One Lakh). Purchases exceeding this limit will be automatically canceled.

My Gift Card has expired. Can you extend its validity?
Gift Cards have a validity period of 1 year from the date of purchase and once a Gift Card expires, it's validity cannot be extended.

What happens to the unused balance in my Gift Card after it expires?
The unused balance of the Gift Card expires along with the Gift Card.

Can I convert a Gift Card into cash?
No, as per terms and conditions, Gift Cards cannot be converted into Cash. For more details, view T&Cs here

Can I cancel a Gift Card and get a refund?
No, as per terms and conditions, Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. For more details, view T&Cs here

Can I cancel or return my Gift Card order?
Please note that digital products purchased including Gift Cards cannot be cancelled or returned.

Can I buy Shopskart Plus membership?
Shopskart Plus is a membership program without any fee. Every customer who shops on Shopskart gets an equal opportunity to join Shopskart Plus, solely based on the number of transactions made on the Shopskart platform. If, in the past year, you have completed a minimum of 10 transactions on Shopskart, you will be eligible for Shopskart Plus membership.

I don't get the OTP or verification code while logging in to my account?
Network issues sometimes delay OTP-based SMS. You can regenerate the code by clicking 'Resend OTP'. In case that doesn't work, you can try switching your phone off and back on.

I am unable to login via website?
Please check if your internet connection is stable and the OTP is correct. If the issue persists, please try accessing our services through the Shopskart app.

It possible to change the address for delivery of my order?
The delivery address for your order can be changed depending on its status.

Please check Orders > Order Details for the below:
Approved/Processing: If this is your order status, then you can change the address through your Flipkart app.
Shipped: Only text change in your address will be possible. Pincode cannot be changed at this stage.
Delivered: As the item would have already been delivered, the address change will not be possible.
